This application contains auto-renewing subscriptions for cloud backup services and syncing across iOS devices. Subscriptions are charged either monthly or yearly, depending on the subscription chosen. The subscription will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase of the Pro Service Upgrade. This charge will continue monthly if not cancelled at least 24 hours before the start of the next billing period. Subscriptions are billed at $4.99/month or $29.99/year.
